Stayed for 1 night booked from online website. Room on second floor was ok. No lift. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room AC was very slow. Fan switch was free. Rest room was ok. Parking was good . Location is very good. Hotel needs lot of improvement. Stay was ok.

Unsafe, Unhygienic, rude staff, Most horrible

It was one of the worst hotel stays. The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. They had one 14-15 yr old boy for servicing the entire hotel. When asked he said he was from Kolkata, but when asked more he could not answer. Seemed to me he was Illegal bangladeshi immigrant being exploited by the hotel. The cups that were brought to room were cracked and had earlier tea marks. The toilets were not clean. Safety - on first floor open Gym and in front of it no glass wall and no parapet. If you do not observe you can easily fall down from first floor to ground floor. The chair in room was broken, when my father sat on it, we held him immediately else he could have gotten hurt badly. The hotel did not provide proper sleeping arrangements for the driver. We asked the hotel to book a cab for travel of 12 kms and they charged 1200 Rs for that trip which was outrageous. Room charges were not worth even paying for 600-800 Rs. Unclean beds, bathrooms, cups, windows without glass... horrible seems a small word compared to the experience we had there in a night.

Dangerous place to be .....

I checked into this hotel last night and am still here. However the serious lack of concern for the Safety on part of the management in this hotel has compelled me to review immediately to help avoiding a major disaster waiting to happen. The hotel is not even average by any standards. The rooms are quite old and need to be refurbished entirely. The bathrooms have modern fittings but are badly maintained. Internet works in some corners of the hotel. I was given room no. 201 which was one of the dirtiest I have seen in my years of travelling. The photos will tell it all.... However upon complaining today, I have been given a slightly better that has been thoroughly cleaned. There is only one towel provided in the bathroom. The one in my bathroom had black stains and a visibly large red spot which could only be blood. The room service was quick to replace it within 2 minutes of calling, even at around midnight. Well done !!!! The rooms have a small balcony due to which a lot of dust and mosquitoes come in. If it is so difficult to maintain the overall cleanliness of the rooms due to the balcony, why not do away with them entirely. A clean room is better than a dirty room having a balcony. The cleanliness in the room was the worst aspect. My room was full of dust all over. See the photo of the writing table which had such a thick layer of dust that I could write the hotel name on it. The sill of the window in the bathroom had a thick layer of dust as well but I had lost any willingness to write anything more by now. But you can see the dust and the dead mosquitoes on the sill in the photos. Restaurant is very depressing, dingy and dark. The breakfast in the morning is better to be avoided. The lunch I had in the afternoon is still making rumbling noises in my tummy accompanied with occasional cramps. WARNING : The hotel is getting refurbished. I happened to use stairs for going to the reception. On coming to the first floor I saw that the balcony that overlooks the reception from the 1st floor was totally without any protection. No railing, no glass, no net. I was shocked to see that the whole area was open and anybody could fall down without knowing. I immediately asked the receptionist as to the reason and he casually clarified that they have removed all glasses and railings as refurbishment is going on. See the photos to understand the kind of risk they are putting their guests into. Putting a notice or securing the open space with warning tapes wouldn't cost much. Absolutely a no-go area if you are travelling with the kids. No I am not coming back here again .....

"Worst Service"

We have checked in this hotel for business trip. Hotel rooms are good but service is terrible. You have to be self arranged as after 11 pm no one will serve you. They denied to serve water after 11pm. We have got new surprise at breakfast. We asked to serve hot food, the staff bluntly told us our cook has gone now, whatever is available that we need to eat. The Tea is served in plastic use and through glass. We spoke to Manager he also told us that they can not serve us hot food . Please avoid staying here.

Had ordered Fresh lime soda in the room. It was without any lemon! When I told them.. They said they would send lemons in the room Also I had cakes for ginger tea in the morning, it had ginger garlic paste! Need I say more?? The hotel stinks of food the moment you enter it.
